Claire Hidalgo Program Director The Jensen Project

Claire Hidalgo is the Program Director at The Jensen Project, where she spearheads our flagship program, GrantTank, and our third-party resource offerings for our partners. Claire joined the team in June 2021 and has spent her time pursuing strategic initiatives, deepening partner relations, and overseeing the execution and curriculum for the annual GrantTank Cohort. Claire also serves as the Grant Manager for GrantTank recipients from 2021 and 2022.

Prior to joining The Jensen Project team, Claire spent her career focused on marketing and event planning for several nationally recognized companies such as Paladin within The Adecco Group, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, IDLife, and Tyler Technologies where she held roles at the Manger, Director and Executive levels. At Paladin, Claire was responsible for recruiting, vetting, interviewing, and mentoring qualified marketing and communications candidates, driving business development, cultivating strategic relationships, along with planning and coordinating company events for staff appreciation. At the Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Claire managed million-dollar budgets for key stakeholders and led the planning for three major company events including the Big 10 College Football Sponsorship in 2017.

In addition to the corporate events and bi-annual conferences she planned and executed at IDLife, Claire also managed the incentives program, sponsorships, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations. In each of these roles, Claire trained and managed event staff, oversaw the design of branding and event collateral, external communications and promotional campaigns, site inspections, budgeting, timelines and deliverables. She assisted with content creation, registration, and travel logistics for staff and executives. While employed with international tech leader, Tyler Technologies, Claire coordinated the Sales Incentives Program, identified and developed venues for corporate events, assisted with tradeshow requirements, and supported all aspects of Tyler Connect, the largest annual conference hosted by the company for public sector clients from across the United States and its territories, receiving as many as 3,000 attendees and 30 business partners each year.

Claire received her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas in 2013. She is certified in Blackbaud and proficient in Salesforce, Wealth Engine, Cvent, MailChimp and Project Management tools. Aside from her savvy tech skills, she is proud to be both a Zumba instructor and a licensed and certified wedding planner through the American Association of Certified Wedding Planners. Above all, Claire loves to see people come together – whether it’s for celebration or collaboration. A networker at heart, she is solution-focused and people-centric, believing that the best investment she can ever make is by devoting her time, skills, and energy towards the fight to end sexual violence and the support of successful outcomes for survivors. With this in mind, she is proud to join The Jensen Project and other stakeholders as they work together to replace barriers with hope and opportunity.
